All our prices are incl. VAT and in Danish kroner. We make reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.
We always send the photographs in proper packaging. The goods are shipped by PostNord or GLS.

We accept payment with VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Chrome Payment and American Express. The amount will only be deducted when your goods are shipped. Return of Goods
If you regret your purchase, please do the following:
- 1st Notify you that you want to return your order. You can do this by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- 2. Return the item within 14 days of the day you notified your cancellation.
- 3. Delivery costs for returning the entire order are borne by us. Contact us for return label. If only part of the order is returned, the delivery cost will be borne by you.

The Purchasing Act’s deficiency rules apply to goods purchases.
You, as a consumer, have 2 years of warranty. That is, if the item is missing or different than described at the time of purchase, you have the opportunity to complain to us. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after discovering the error. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product / service. If the complaint is justified, we will pay the shipping costs.

You basically have 14 days right of withdrawal in relation to the Consumer Agreement Act, but we give you 30 days right of cancellation. There is also a cancellation right on gift cards. The cancellation deadline expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item. The deadline implies that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com.
You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If the item is to be exchanged or the purchase is to be canceled and you must return the full amount, return the item to us so that the item appears as new upon receipt so that we have the opportunity to sell it to someone else. If the item appears to be used or damaged, you must pay for the impairment. We are assessing any impairment.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and nature of the item. the way it works. Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund any payments received from you within 14 days of the day we received your message that you wish to cancel the Agreement. We will refund the money with the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We can withhold payment until we receive the item unless you send us documentation to have it returned.
We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD.
Partial Undo Returns
We also accept partial cancellation, but delivery costs will not be refunded for partial cancellation.
Payment with EAN number
If you are a company and want to pay via EAN number, just send an email to email@example.com with your wishes. Then we will return to you.
When signing up for a newsletter, you must provide your full name and email address. Your information will not be shared.
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address. We register and disclose your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with FALKENBERGTHOMSEN and kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
